Our flagship ingredient is okara (oh-kar-ah), the soybean pulp leftover during soymilk processing. We dehydrate and mill okara into a nutritious high fiber, low-carb, gluten-free flour. It's the first superfood flour with price, taste, color, and use parity to all-purpose flour, enabling use in both sweet and savory foods. We currently use okara in a suite of our own-brand CPG products that includes 1-to-1 gluten-free baking flour, soft-baked vegan chocolate chip cookies, and a vegan, gluten-free, "just add water and oil" brownie mix. All of our products are 100% plant-based.
